Rules of Conduct
Students 4 Social Change (S4SC) programming should be a positive and inclusive learning environment. Students agree to respect the rights and feelings of all participants, including staff members and volunteers. Students who violate the Code of Conduct are subject to various penalties, including immediate expulsion, and ineligible for refunds of any kind.
1. Attendance at all organized functions is mandatory. Any absences must be approved in advance by parents/guardians and administrators.
2. Clothing and accessories that feature obscene slogans, messages, images, and/or designs; advertise alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and/or illicit drugs; target and/or demean individuals based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, religion, etc. are strictly prohibited. Students who violate this policy will be asked to change clothing.
3. Consumption and/or possession of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, and all other controlled substances is prohibited. Students who violate this policy are subject to immediate removal and expulsion.
4. Use and/or possession of firearms, ammunition, BB guns, air rifles, firecrackers, explosives, slingshots, knives (including pocket knives), and all other weapons of any kind, for any purpose, is prohibited. Students who violate this policy are subject to immediate removal and expulsion.

I certify that I am the student named above. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Code of Conduct prior to signing, including potential penalties for misconduct, and I agree to comply with all rules and regulations.
