Leo is a rising senior from Long Island, New York that goes to Phillips Academy, which is a boarding high school in Andover, Massachusetts. He enjoys painting, designing clothes, studying philosophy, writing fiction, running mid-distance track, and going deep sea fishing. Leo grew up in a conservative immigrant household and went to an affluent private school in Long Island; his transition to attending a more diverse liberal arts boarding school allowed him to hear many new perspectives and become more socially aware. He is very open minded and sparking/continuing discussion about social issues is an activity he genuinely enjoys and believes is extremely important.
